Milhouse - THRILLHOUSE 7" MFM024

Everything was coming up Milhouse... And then not too much changed. So they recorded again. Keeping with the Milhouse philosophy it’s another collection of short, sharp, quirky, and intelligent pop punk.

They still love bands like Staying At Home and Good Luck and Into It. Over It. and it probably still sounds like that. They’re still good friends with the super talented Dylan Adams, and were still rehearsing at Mr Milk Studios, so just like the first EP they got him to record and mix these four tracks there. And, as you can see, they’re still using incredibly disparate, single word song titles (and writing songs about breakfast).
They’re still pretty positive (musically and, you know, in general) and into Dr Pepper.

Perhaps the similarities end there? Unlike the first EP they sent this one over to the US for mastering with the wonderful Carl Saff (who did Ponytail’s last album, and Bridge & Tunnel’s most recent one, and they both rule).
